Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Metalume Advertising and General Trading (“Metalume”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to our website, quotations, orders, products, and services supplied to customers in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, India, and other agreed locations.

1. Our Services

Metalume provides custom branding, corporate gifts, promotional products, workwear and uniforms, signage and displays, awards, name tags, and custom packaging.

Product images, samples, colours, material finishes, and dimensions are indicative only. Minor variations may occur due to production methods, material availability, screen settings, and batch differences.

2. Quotations and Orders

A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it. Prices, lead times, and availability may change if specifications, quantities, artwork, delivery location, currency, taxes, or supplier costs change.

An order becomes confirmed only when Metalume has received:

• Written acceptance of the quotation;

• Final approval of artwork and specifications; and

• The required deposit or full payment.

3. Artwork Approval

Customers must review all artwork carefully before approving it, including spelling, logos, colours, sizing, placement, and quantities.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, Metalume is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork. Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and revised delivery dates.

4. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, images, designs, and other content supplied to us.

You are responsible for claims arising from customer-supplied content that infringes another party’s rights. Metalume retains ownership of artwork, design concepts, production files, and samples it creates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. A deposit may be required before design, sampling, procurement, or production begins.

Unless specifically stated, prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, delivery, installation, and bank charges. VAT may apply to UAE orders, UK VAT may apply where required, and Indian GST or other applicable taxes may apply to India-related orders.

6. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates. They begin only after final approval, complete order information, and receipt of the agreed payment.

Metalume is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, customs, government authorities, strikes, force majeure events, customer approval delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international deliveries, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes unless the quotation states otherwise.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Customised, printed, embroidered, engraved, branded, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs and order details. Where a valid issue is confirmed, Metalume may repair, replace, credit, or refund the affected item in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Metalume’s total liability for an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services.

Metalume will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

9. Website Use

Website content is for general information and may be changed or removed without notice. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Metalume’s website content, images, designs, or trademarks without written permission.

10. Governing Law

Where an order is supplied by Metalume’s UAE operations, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the UAE. For customers in the UK or India, mandatory local consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply where required by law.
